Ruijun Cao is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Dr. Leng’s group at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received her B.E. from Chang’an University in Transportation Construction & Equipment and her M.Sc. from King’s College London in Management with Engineering before eventually having Ph.D. at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2020. She is also technical committee member in EPD China. Her research interests include life cycle assessment, pavement management system, sustainable decision-making, multi-objective optimization and machine learning techniques. As the commercialization of her doctoral research, she is currently focusing on developing a web-based carbon emission calculation platform.
