Dr. Jiaqiu XU's journey with Prof. Leng's research group began in September 2022, when he joined as a Ph.D. student. He had previously earned his bachelor's degree in 2017 and master's degree in 2020, both from Southwest Jiaotong University. In 2025, he obtained his Ph.D. degree from both Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Harbin Institute of Technology. His research focuses on low-carbon and intelligent design of pavement materials, efficient utilization of solid waste in pavements, and sustainable infrastructure development.
