Mr. Shaowei Zhang joined Dr. Leng's group in August 2022 as a research assistant. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student and his research topic focuses on road noise detection and comprehensive investigation of the semi-wet pre-treated rubber (PTR) for its multi-purpose use in asphalt pavement. He obtained his Master's degree from the South China University of Technology in 2022. His research work focused on compound warm mix asphalt technology and lignin-modified asphalt.
