Dr. Zihao Chen2023-01-17Dr. Zihao Chen joined Prof. Leng’s group from November 2022 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Dr. Chen obtained his Ph.D. in Highway & Railway Engineering from Hunan University, China, in November 2022. His PhD research focuses on developing thermochromism- based cool pavement materials for pavement performance enhancement and heat island effect mitigation. Dr. Siqi Wang2023-01-17Dr. Siqi Wang joined the group as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow since 2021. He received both bachelor (2013) and master (2016) degrees from Southeast University and doctoral degree from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (2021). His research mainly focuses on non-destructive testing & evaluation using ground-penetrating radar, infrastructure condition assessment, and risk analysis.
Dr. Xing Cai2023-01-17Dr. Xing Cai joined Prof. Leng‘s research group from September 2021 as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow. Dr. Cai obtained her Ph.D. from Southeast University(SEU), China, in June 2021. Her research interests include acoustic emission monitoring technique in construction materials, multiscale characterization and modeling of transportation infrastructure. Currently, her research particularly focuses on the mechanical behavior of semi-flexible pavement.
